Courses provided
The Institute currently offers two types of courses: a long-term examinable course and short-term non-examinable courses. The long term examinable courses are Basic Technician certificate in Business Administration (BTCBA – NTA 4), Ordinary Diploma in Business Administration (ODBA NTA – 5&6) under NACTE and Certificate in Business operations Assistant (BOA NTA 3 – Under VETA)

Table 2: Short Courses
The non-examinable courses are internally developed entrepreneurship and business management courses, which last for between three days to three months. These courses are meant for existing entrepreneurs, people who want to pursue entrepreneurship, and persons already in business who want to grow or expand their businesses. KiB will also work with groups such as VICOBAs, SACCOSS, Women and Youth entrepreneurship groups to pay special attention to their business knowledge and skills needs and tailor trainings to meet those specific needs. The short courses are listed in Table 2.
